Call for CRYPTACUS Workshop presentations

Recent technological advances in hardware and software have irrevocably affected the classical picture of computing systems. Today, these no longer consist only of connected servers, but involve a wide range of pervasive and embedded devices, leading to the concept of "ubiquitous computing systems". The objective of the Action is to improve and adapt the existent cryptanalysis methodologies and tools to the ubiquitous computing framework.

Workshop topics include:

  • Security and privacy model
  • Cryptanalysis of protocols and primitives
  • Hardware and software security engineering
  • Security and privacy analysis of real-world systems

Important dates:

  • September 30, 2017 : Workshop presentation submission deadline
  • October 15, 2017 : Acceptance notification
  • November 16-18, 2017 : CRYPTACUS workshop

Submission:

Proposals for workshop presentations should include: (1) title of the presentation, author's name and affiliation, and (2) at most a two-page description of the presentation.

The travel and accommodation expenses of the speaker (only those from COST countries) will be fully reimbursed.
